Thank you very much for purchasing PROTECA products. We provide a 10-year warranty for the products purchased at authorized retailers (excluding outlet stores) and offer high-level after-sales service.

<Details of the 10-year warranty>
During the warranty period, if any material or manufacturing defects are identified, we will repair them free of charge (or replace them if repair is deemed difficult). However, damages caused by airline handling, other transportation-related damages, damages caused by improper use, surface damage from normal use (such as wear and tear, scratches, discoloration on casters, zippers, handles, etc.), and damages resulting from repairs or modifications not conducted by our authorized repair center are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, please note that costs related to damages associated with loss or damage to belongings, loss of use and loss of opportunity are not covered, so please kindly be aware of this exclusion.
Products purchased at outlet stores are also not covered by the warranty. For products beyond the warranty period mentioned above, we still accept repairs. Please bring the product to the authorized retailer where you made the purchase or to our customer service center. If necessary, we will provide a repair estimate and proceed with the repair upon your approval. To exercise this warranty, proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required, so please keep your receipt or any other proof of purchase securely. Please note that it may incur charges, if the product was purchased from a non-authorized retailer or an outlet store, or if proof of purchase is not provided. Please be aware that there may be restrictions and exceptions depending on your location.

※Proteca suitcases come with a Premium Care service for three years from the date of purchase, offering a complimentary three-year warranty for free repairs. Furthermore, even after the Premium Care warranty period, you can still enjoy a seven-year product warranty, providing a total of ten years of warranty service.
